Par ailleurs, pendant la collecte de cartes, Illya va découvrir une autre jeune fille lui ressemblant étrangement : Kuroe. Cette dernière n'a pas l'intention de la laisser remplir sa mission et tente de l'éliminer.

Après que toutes les cartes de classe ont été capturées, Illya et Miyu sont à nouveau commandées par Rin et Luvia pour les aider à stabiliser le pouls de la Terre, qui a déraillé quand ils ont commencé à capturer les cartes de classe. Cependant, quelque chose se passe mal après la cérémonie. Illiya essaie de protéger tout le monde de l'explosion destructrice. Mais quand l'explosion est évitée, et apparemment tout le monde est en sécurité.... Illiya trouve un clone d'elle-même assise à côté d'elle.Que s'était-il passé ?
