L'histoire nous parle du jeune Comte Ciel Phantomhive, un aristocrate anglais du xixe siècle au passé tourmenté.Entre les années 1888 et 1889, âgé de 12 ans et ayant perdu ses parents dans un incendie inexplicable, il se voit devenir l'héritier de l'entreprise de jouets et friandises Phantom. Il habite dans un mystérieux manoir à la campagne, aux abords de Londres, en compagnie de ses domestiques.On apprend par la suite que son fidèle majordome nommé Sebastian Michaelis est en fait un démon avec qui il aurait passé un pacte. En effet Sebastian se serait présenté à Ciel, alors sur le point de mourir, et lui aurait proposé un contrat : son âme en échange de sa protection jusqu'à l'accomplissement de sa vengeance. Le signe du pacte, un pentacle, se trouve à son œil droit, que Ciel garde toujours caché sauf lorsqu'il a besoin de faire appel à son majordome protecteur. Sebastian a le signe du pacte sur sa main gauche.

 Buso Renkin is the story of teenager Kazuki Muto, who dies trying to save a girl who was being attacked by an eerie monster. A lonely heroine can't make a good story!

Titre assez long pour un manga, n'est-ce pas? L’œuvre est en fait une adaptation du très célèbre Dragon Quest V de l'une des franchises les plus appréciées au Japon. C'est, il faut le préciser; la série qui a inspiré les Final Fantasy. Je vous conseille de tester le jeu avant de poursuivre ou de regarder quelques playthrough. Quant à ceux qui n'apprécient que très peu la franchise DQ, vous pouvez sans crainte rester un peu sur ce manga car il vaut le coup... Nikiichi Tobita est en outre l'auteur de Monster X Monster NB: "Le neet au feu de camp" est un titre alternatif.

Histoire 1 : Les anges existent et Kashii, le petit fils du créateur de l’ange, a été loué pour offrir son amitié à l’un d’entre eux. Son nom : Toki. Toki est seul, hormis les scientifiques qui l’entourent. Personne ne veut s’approcher de lui… Peut être parce qu’il mange de la chaire humaine. Il se retrouve alors avec une personne qui ressemble fortement à Jiu, son ami d’enfance, sauf qu’elle est en tenue de combat et possède une arme impressionnante. Reste à Tokiwo de découvrir ce qu’il se passe et où est passé son Jui.
