Sahashi Minato est un lycéen de Tokyo et le manga débute par son deuxième échec consécutif au concours de rentrée d'une université. Le jeune lycéen est un peu perdu sur le chemin du retour qui le mène à son domicile et dans le métro une jolie jeune fille le renverse : Musubi. Cette dernière s'effondre de faim dans le métro et Minato l'amène chez lui.
