Le 19 octobre 2009, 32 élèves d'une même classe reçoivent à minuit un SMS leur demandant de suivre un ordre. En cas de manquement, une punition leur est assignée. Si les premières demandes de ce « Roi » sont prises à la rigolade par ces élèves, les ordres deviennent rapidement de plus en plus dérangeants, mettant à rude épreuve les limites des participants.
