C'est dans ce contexte qu'apparaît au grand jour Celestial Being, un groupe armé privé qui s'est donné pour mission d'éradiquer la guerre, par la force s'il le faut grâce à ses Mobile Suits révolutionnaires, les Gundam.Si Celestial Being se fait rapidement connaître du grand public, derrière lui existent plusieurs groupes de soutien, l'aidant sur le plan du renseignement, de la logistique, etc... Gundam 00F retrace l'histoire d'un de ces groupe de soutien : Fereshte.Celui-ci a été fondé par Chall Acustica, une ancienne Gundam Meister de seconde génération, ayant participé au développement des deux dernières générations de Gundams et au recrutement de leurs pilotes.
