Ce manga raconte la vie et les problèmes d'Orphen. Avec un entraînement incomplet à la Tour, c'est encore un sorcier inexpérimenté, mais il a un grand potentiel pour être parmi les meilleurs. Depuis qu'il a quitté la Tour, Orphen est parti à la recherche d'Azarii, une femme de son passé, afin de lui venir en aide. Son élève/esclave Magic, un fils de barman, s'est joint à lui. Il y a aussi Cleo, la fille d'une riche famille, qui a soif d'aventures.
