Comme l'original, ce manga raconte l'histoire du jeune lycéen détective Shinichi Kudo qui par malheur a rajeuni à cause d'un poison qu'une mystérieuse organisation lui a fait avaler. Malgré cela, il reste un brillant détective et poursuit les criminels. Réussira-t-il un jour à démanteler cette mystérieuse organisation et à retrouver sa taille d'origine ?
