Wataru est un jeune garçon ordinaire qui aime passer son temps à jouer dans les salles de  jeux vidéo. Un jour un nouvel élève, Mitsuru Ashikawa, arrive dans son école mais Wataru va très vite découvrir que celui-ci possède des pouvoirs étranges. Entrainé par Ashikawa dans un immeuble en construction réputé hanté, Wataru apprend l'existence de Vision, un monde parallèle où il est possible de changer le cours du destin. C'est à ce moment là que la vie de Wataru bascule et s'effondre, son père quitte la maison familiale pour partir avec sa maitresse et le jeune garçon se retrouve seule avec sa mère dans le coma. Wataru va-t-il se décider à franchir la gigantesque porte qui mène à Vision ?

The cause of this horrible incident was not determined, and no cure was to be found. The government formed a separate city beneath Tokyo to house and care for the victims of the incident and branded them as "KIDz." Regardless of their age, they truly are like children, and they must be retaught everything they once knew. Noa Ikurumi, who lives in this isolated society, is just taking one day at a time and dreaming of finally being allowed to go back out into the world.
