Heinze and Klaus are two street rats in the city of Munich, living off money from pickpocketing ignorant tourists. After trying to steal from the wrong person though, the two find themselves in a strange world that disregards the laws of physics governed by a mysterious “ability user”. Will the boys be able to get out of there alive?
