Nagi Goto est un jeune adolescent qui réalise un jour son rêve : aller sur l'île d'Okitsushima afin de se rendre dans un lieu bien particulier du nom de Umi no Misaki. Cet endroit, paysage de rêve, est très peu connu des habitants eux-mêmes mais il croise par chance une jeune fille qui l'y emmène volontiers. Cette rencontre a priori anodine va sceller sa vie sur l'île mais aussi son destin.
